These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of YuhuCall ("we", "us", "our", "the Service"). By creating an account or using YuhuCall, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use YuhuCall. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Description of the Service

YuhuCall is a browser-based international calling service that enables users to place outbound phone calls using credits or prepaid balances.

The Service includes, but is not limited to:

  • Initiating outbound voice calls
  • Displaying call duration, status, and cost
  • Managing wallet balances and credit purchases

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

3. Account Registration

To use YuhuCall, you must create an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Keep your login credentials secure
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse YuhuCall. Prohibited behavior includes, but is not limited to:

  • Violating applicable laws or regulations
  • Making fraudulent, abusive, or harassing calls
  • Attempting to bypass billing, credit limits, or technical safeguards
  • Reverse engineering, reselling, or exploiting the Service
  • Using the Service to place illegal or unauthorized calls

We may restrict access, block calls, or terminate accounts in cases of misuse or abuse.

5. Responsible Use of the Calling Service

YuhuCall is intended for lawful and responsible communication.

You are solely responsible for:

  • The phone numbers you call
  • Compliance with local, national, and international telecommunication laws
  • Ensuring you have the right to contact the called party

We do not guarantee call completion, call quality, or availability for all destinations.

6. User Data & Call Data

6.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of your personal data. Call metadata (e.g. timestamps, duration, cost) is generated as part of the Service operation.

6.2 Call Processing

To provide the Service, YuhuCall processes call-related data such as:

  • Destination numbers
  • Call duration and status
  • Billing and cost information

Call content (audio) is handled by telephony providers and is not stored by YuhuCall unless required for technical or legal reasons.

7. Payments, Credits & Billing

YuhuCall operates on a prepaid or credit-based model.

By purchasing credits, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate payment information
  • Allow our payment providers (e.g. Lemon Squeezy or Stripe) to process payments

7.1 Credits

  • Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable
  • Credits are deducted based on call duration and destination rates
  • Rates may change over time

7.2 Refunds and Credits

Credits purchased on the Service are generally non-refundable once used.

7.3 7-Day Refund Period

We offer a 7-day refund period for unused credits, starting from the date of purchase. Refunds within this period are provided without requiring a reason.

7.4 Used Credits

Credits that have been partially or fully used are not eligible for a refund.

7.5 Technical Failures and Statutory Rights

Calls that fail due to technical issues attributable to the Service will be automatically credited back to the user's account.

Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

8. Third-Party Services

YuhuCall relies on third-party providers, including:

  • Telephony providers (e.g. Twilio)
  • Payment processors
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers

We are not responsible for outages, errors, or issues caused by third-party services.

9. Availability & Updates

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may:

  • Modify pricing or call rates
  • Suspend the Service temporarily for maintenance
  • Discontinue parts of the Service

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • Your payments fail
  • We detect fraud, abuse, or illegal activity

You may terminate your account at any time.

Upon termination, unused credits may be forfeited, unless otherwise required by law.

11. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property related to YuhuCall — including software, branding, design, and infrastructure — remains our property.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

YuhuCall is provided "as is" and "as available."

We make no guarantees regarding:

  • Call quality or availability
  • Connection stability
  • Accuracy of pricing estimates
  • Suitability for a specific purpose

Use of the Service is at your own risk.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by German law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
  • We are not liable for losses caused by failed or interrupted calls
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the previous 3 months

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany.

Jurisdiction lies with the courts of Germany, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

15. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect upon publication.

Continued use of YuhuCall constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
